I hate that the word “cramps” is used when describing the pain a women gets during her menstrual cycle. I think it feels like someone just stabbed my uterus with a knife while slowly turning it.

Today
So today I went into Meijer, and saw these tiny little bottles that say “easy2sleep” -naturally enhances restful sleep without groggy side effects -..and it was only 1.49 so I bought it just to see if it works. lol So Im about to go to sleep and I ended up not reading the ingredients until after lol and besides all of the chamomile and flower ingredients it also says catnip herb powder. …..uhh. lol
